My "Christmas in Paris" theme is based on a mixture composition the old and new. Table My grandmother has always been together with the best china and antique silver. Oil paintings, painted by my grandfather, adorned the walls. His holiday décor has been fashioned with sleek satin ribbons, shimmering crystals, and exquisite Christmas tree white, decorated with a few ornaments, but the removal. Place cards, Christmas crackers and a piece custom coordinated the whole. It has always used fresh greenery and flowers to decorate her house.

Even thecolour palette I chose was nostalgic, a combination of bright turquoise, surrounded by green and blue accents with similar to Pastel shades of silver, angelic whites and chocolate brown. As a young girl, these unusual combinations of colors of Christmas is a very strong impression on me. My table this year is a tribute to my grandmother who is now 98 years old. One could say that the style influences and traditions are also transmitted from generation to generation. With this specific concept in mind, the picture I chose is a dining room cream colored set by Tommy Bahama. This set was very close in resemblance, form and style of the point I wanted to recreate. Although this series is especially for a plantation in the Bahamas, which is much more popular, it worked wonders for my goal.
The square patterned taffeta table runners are bright blocks of color iridescent emerald green, turquoise sea and rich blues. The runner organza center panel is a color pastel aqua. The riders are all edges trimmed in satin luxury. The water main is a simple skirt in a delicious coffee-colored. It is bordered by a multicolor fiber trim wool fun.
To put in place for four, I chose the Platinum collection by Noritake Rochelle – fine china white, trimmed with a border texture exquisite silver dots. I've uploaded images of the Eiffel Tower in shades of blue, the center of plates clear. Using clear plate allows the image light to stand out on the white porcelain.
Under the locale, sit silver plates beautiful beaded edges. The glasses are from the collection of Vera Wang Grossgrain. Tiny white dots, and stripes line the borders of the glasses curved. For the water glasses, I transformed plain glass (assumed at a charity auction) turquoise and green stripes with glass paintings.
I wanted a smart, funny play again with a different key. I used a crystal cake stand square and filled with assorted beads, green and silver balls, and placed a candle in the center pillar. To decorate the cage and the buffet I fresh greens, provided by Westmont Florist, to arrange graceful. branches of eucalyptus, pine and willow branches, the lace of Queen Anne and Ornitogalums are refined with silver accents angel hair pasta. Vases are accented with squares of marble model, mixing assorted shades of blue and green.
The crystal candlesticks are Bejeweled with crystal fringe Pearl, which is repeated throughout the theme. The tea-light holders candle is a flounce of white feathers. Two glass lamps frosted votives are decorated with clear beads micro-forms of Eiffel Towers. I saw a vintage chandelier to coordinate with the environment. I painted it silver added fine details such as: Crystal beaded fringe, fancy white wool and soft money, draped with pearls, ribbons sumptuous, and crystal jewelry pendant (taken from other elements that I recycled). I created a mini art gallery incorporating mainly photographs with mediums Assorted art, including painting of
Eiffel Tower, illuminated by tiny lights of rice. photo montages are made with panoramic photos of Paris placed on canvases covered with rice paper pattern. Two paintings were covered with textured wallpaper and lined with satin ribbons. My teenage son Spencer has contributed to the gallery with a mini sign graffiti in Paris using oil pastels on canvas.
For the finishing details, the back chairs have been decorated with a blue satin ribbon, a tassel of crystal beads and a pine branch surrounded by a swirl of silver wire accent. I asked for family photos on self-hardening clay to create a tree advent calendar and attaches to a tree table with white feathers. Coordination square crown feathers centers a large round mirror.
The Christmas tree: a tree-shaped Eiffel Tower made of willow branches is gracefully decorated with feathers of a white fluffy boa. Tiny balls of glass and paper ornaments are decorated with feathers, crystals, beads and a garland sequences.I is simple using a silver wire spiral, a few pine branches Holly forms of money made from sheet and wire money to spell the word Christmas. I is a mini Eiffel Towers wire for card holders instead. Fake chocolate were made with clay.
The gifts were wrapped in unique forms of candy, and frilly using an assortment of handbags papers, photographs, fabrics and ribbons left by the elements created for theme. monogram thread, the old labels, and fun fur have also been integrated into some pretty envelopes. Made hand greeting cards have been adapted using similar materials, and also beads, silver foil, fuzzy wool, reduce design Film and sequins. There is so much more to describe a trip to Paris souvenir plate, candle, cake, hat boxes, luxurious image throw, and more.
The decorations that I created for my table theme, even if they seem sophisticated, can easily be reconstituted with the little craft supplies available in arts and crafts and fabric stores and numerous relics of various round your home. Make your holiday special, customize it!
